1What this page is for
What this page is for
The all-time student register. Search by name, email, phone or program. The first table is the last 30 days of registrations; the charts show registrations per month and how students heard about the school; the big table is every student.
The student drawer
Press Open on a row: registrations (every program with class dates and status), paid (every payment), heard about us, diploma / GED, and contact details.
New students and the Student Portal
A student registered here can sign in to the Student Portal the same day with the email on their registration — nothing to set up.
2The number cards
The cards across the top of the page, left to right.
| Card | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Students | Distinct students ever registered. |
| Registered in the last 30 days | Registrations in the last 30 days. |
| Registrations | Registrations ever (a student may have several). |
| Repeat students | Students with more than one registration — the Upsell Ladder in action. |
| Pipeline | How many of these students have a dashboard pipeline record. |
3Registered in the last 30 days
Every class registration in the last 30 days, newest first: registered date, student, program, class start, status, heard about us, and Open.
4Registrations per month
The last 24 months of registrations. Seasonality shows here: plan marketing around the low months.
5How students heard about the school
The registration-form answer, counted across all students. The same list drives Marketing ROI.
6Step by step
